• These are non-refundable. You can transfer the travel credit and use it for 12 months.
• You can change the flight, but you will need to pay the fare difference, if any.
• A passenger can change their flight on the same day for free.
• They may have to pay for checked baggage.
• Passengers will get six Rapid Rewards points for every dollar spent.

Anytime

• These are refundable.
• Passengers get early-bird check-in.
• You may have to pay checked bag fees.
• They get all the benefits of Wanna Get Away Plus.
• On every dollar spent, they earn 10 points.

Business select

• This fare option gets all the facilities of an anytime ticket plus.
• Priority boarding, two free checked bags.
• They get a free internet facility.
• Premium drinks are also included.
• Passengers will receive 14 reward points for every $1 spent.

Booking tickets:

Booking a flight with Southwest Airlines is a straightforward process. You can book your flight in offline or online ways.

Online:

• Open southwest.com in your browser.
• Fill in the departure and arrival points.
• Fill in the date and you’ll get teh available options.
• Select the flight according to your preference.
• Provide your name, number of passengers, and other details.
• Make the payment and confirm your booking.

Phone:

Passengers who are unable to book online can book their flight by contacting a representative. You have to call the representative and then provide the information related to the booking. They will book your ticket, and you will receive it via email.

At the airport:

Passengers can visit the airport and make a booking at Southwest Airlines counters. You can also book through the ticket counter.

Manage reservation:
